Summary:
Responsible for serving as a liaison to Childhelp Wings chapters, as well as for overseeing the planning of Wings chapter events and Wings chapter fundraising for Childhelp and its programs, while working with Wings volunteers to meet financial goals. Additionally working as a liaison to Childhelp Arizona Chapters in their efforts to hold fundraising events and receive necessary resources from Childhelp National Headquarters.This position will work directly with our Chapters and will foster active participation for Chapter members individually and collectively. Assist with tools and guidance with service projects. Actively particpates with the events and service projects, but will not direct them. ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Community outreach to raise community awareness and donor engagement by improving the understanding of Childhelp services within the community via corporate/nonprofit/community group presentations, public speaking, representing Childhelp initiatives, and cultivating messaging partners to help echo Childhelp's reputational growth and positive social impact. Researches and implements the development of new Wings chapters in large markets Responsible for the development and training of Wings volunteer boards on a nationalscale Maintains regular communication with all Wings chapters to ensure regular feedback andto facilitate open dialogue to prevent and resolve disputes Works collaboratively with all Childhelp staff and Wings volunteers to share resources andideas, to further the goals and objectives of Childhelp. Must be able to travel 30% Cultivate a Volunteer Database and quarterly opportunities to serve Volunteerism. Collaboration with Philanthropy Moves Management to align fundraising goals with philanthropic efforts through localized special events Work with chapter volunteers Performs other related duties, as assigned Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
